Monster Bash to benefit Children’s Hospital

Children's Hospital of GeorgiaAUGUSTA, Ga. – The second annual Monster Bash, a fundraiser for the Children’s Hospital of Georgia, will be held at 8 p.m. Friday, Oct. 18 at Enterprise Mill, 1450 Greene St. Tickets are $50 each, and VIP tables of eight with reserved seating are also available.

The event is a costume party with heavy hors d’oeuvres from Fat Man’s Café and music by 7 Once, an 11-piece party band. Prizes will be awarded for best couple and individual costume. There will also be a silent auction, and all event proceeds will go to CHOG.

Last year’s Monster Bash generated $11,000 that funded a vein finder for the pediatric sedation team and special bili lights to treat newborn jaundice in the neonatal intensive care unit, The 154-bed CHOG is the second-largest children’s hospital in the state, providing the highest level of pediatric critical care and neonatal intensive care, as well as a wide range of general and complex health care for children.
